“I enjoyed completing First Aid course with Tigerlily. Bobby, our trainer was excellent, professional and has delivered really well. Everything was understable , he was patient with a good sense of humour .It was fun to learn new things with him and refresh the knowledge I already have . “Grant from Tigerlily was probably one of the most informative trainers I have had on a First Aid course, his teaching technique and the way he delivered the course I have never experienced before and I have been to a fair few courses over the years. It was hands on but also had to find out information and learn things on our own to then discuss and build on, the interactive CPR dolls were an amazing touch as well! Would highly recommended and even more so if you have Grant you’ll be blown away! Thanks”

“Would not use again. One of my staff members developed a tummy bug and therefore could not attend the "Hands on " part of the training, despite completing the on-line part. In the childcare industry, staff are often sick for obvious reasons and im sure that no one attending the training would want to give CPR after she had! Very disappointing customer service. I appreciate their cancellation policy, but this was not a cancellation. They didn't even offer a partial discount to rebook her on the training. Yes Tigerlily are fairly "cheap" when it comes to Pediatric First Aid, which is why i used them. However, other training providers i have used are alot mre understanding when candidates are sick/contagious. You may may more else where, but thats exactly what i will be doing in future. Its costly enough in the childcare industry when you have to train up so many staff members, so throwing money away is not a good idea. Such a shame.”
