“I am always nervous whenever I attend training especially first aid! I shouldn't have worried the trainer was friendly, cheerful and sociable. She explained things clearly and I felt happy to ask any questions I needed clarifying without feeling awkward.”

“The trainer that carried out our first aid training Deborah Willis, was absolutely amazing. Deborah was so professional and also so helpful going through the training with us all. What an amazing lady that was so easy to get along with and I’ve never enjoyed a training experience so much as I did. Your very lucky to have her as a part of your team. Well done Deborah hopefully you’ll be a trainer again when we’ll have to do it all again.”

“I have taken many Paediatric courses over the years with lots of different providers and cannot rate Tigerlily more highly. The day was taught in a professional but fun and interesting way to retain the information. If you are hesitant about doing a practical course during this Pandemic as I was, my concerns were put at ease. We were taught in a very large room with plenty of ventilation, social distancing and face masks and had individual sanitised CPR dolls. All in all I felt very safe.”
