“Amazing course. I've been a childminder 20 years and this is the best First Aid course I've been on . Both the e-learning and practical day are so enjoyable and interesting. I feel so much more confident with a greater understanding. I would highly recommend Tigerlilly training to anyone”

“This is my 3rd training course with Tigerlilly and yet again it didn’t disappoint.Everything was explained in such professional yet simple way which all made sense and nobody was ever put on the spot with direct questions which can sometimes make someone feel awkward or silly.The online learning part was great too,so easy to use and navigate.The instructors Suzanne and Jonas were great hope I get them again in another 3 years when I come back to refresh my certificate.Thankyou.”

“The whole process of blended course was brilliant due to the current Covid19 situation. Social distancing was adhered to and sanitizers available. Only problem I had as due to my hearing impairment I struggled a little due to the room size but I'm sure it was fine for others. Maybe consider checking if can face forward as much as possible to help with this. Tutor did try to do this once he was made aware of this.”

“It was amazing doing the first aid course with them. Mathew was an amazing teacher he made the clase really funny. The e-learning was so good too. I did not have time to do the e-learning in Time and they let me extender it. Thank you so mucho!”

“I enjoyed the first Aid training course. Well detailed course both practical and online. I learnt a lot of new important key facts from this course, honestly it is the best course I have done since my many years of enroling on a first aid course. Brian and Jodie were both great and thorough with the 6 hours face to face course. I would definitely enrol again to renew my training. thank you very much for providing this excellelnt service.”

“Matthew was a great trainer, explained everything in detail and ensured our knowledge was embedded and were confident when doing the practical's. The online training is really good and the tests ensure you have taken onboard what you have watched and read. I have done many First Aid courses but this has to been my favourite and the one I felt I had learnt most and felt confident when completing.”
