“good indepth but all the videos had no subtitles so people like myself couldn't watch the videos as Deaf.”

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with the IT team and they have advised that if you complete the following steps - this will allow you to have subtitles on the videos. To turn on Live Caption in Chrome from your desktop, go to Chrome Settings, click on the Advanced section, then go to the Accessibility section. Many Thanks, Tigerlily

“I had a very good experience today. I really enjoyed the face-to-face section. The ladies were approachable and very funny. That made it easier because we were able to laugh and learn at the same time. Online was also full of information and easy to do. I will definitely come back again and send some of my staff who might need their First Aid. I have learned a lot today. Many thanks”
