“I have completed the practical first aid today at the mercure hotel and just wanted to give a quick bit of feedback. Lucy the trainer was absolutely amazing! This was my first course of any kind in quite a few years, and she had it spot on. I feel like I’ve learnt so much, but her enthusiasm / humour and professionalism was brilliant. Michelle”

“Had my first aid training today in Sheffield with Jack. He was excellent. Straightforward, clear information. I have done many a first aid course and usually 'yawn' my way through! But Jack was both engaging and knowledgeable. A great member of your team! This is the first time I have used Tigerlily for my first aid course. I love how it is split into two parts, being a very busy childminder my time is precious. I will both recommend you and do further courses with you in the future. Kind Regards Sue.”

“Absolutely fantastic course. The elearning was set out lovely and easy to follow and complete but the star was how well the practical day was laid out. Not once did i feel like it was a chore and a drag. The leader made it a very amazing fun filled day yet educational! You can clearly see he loves what he does and wants us to actually learn too not just teaching for the sake. Highly Recommend and will be definatley using this company again”

“I did my first aid course on the 3/04/22 at a school in SW london and I can’t remember the man’s name I do apologise but he was amazing! He made it very comfortable, informative and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend Tigerlily training!”
