“As a staff team we all really enjoyed the First Aid training. The trainer, Karen, was very knowledgeable and her delivery was great, keeping us all engaged and interested. She made us all feel comfortable and was amazing at remembering everyone's name! The staff online were helpful and supportive and sorted out any issues really quickly. The team were able to access the online training easily. I will definitely look at booking again in 3 years time. Thank you!”
