“The booking process was easy and fast. The location was good. The trainers Luke and Falak were great and very engaging. One of the best first aid courses ive been to. The online learning was easy to access and informative.”

“Attended Training on 6th January, John was the Trainer, he had excellent knowledge on first aid; he ensured everyone engaged in the training and understood the procedures, signs and symptoms. John used real - life situations to ensure we all understood how to handle any incident which may present to us, either within our workplace or out in the community. John was an excellent trainer.”

“I thought the online training was excellent because there was a mixture of videos to watch, information to read and short quizzes to have a go at regarding each section. You could also go through each section at your own pace as well as review sections you were unsure about.”
