“Luke was very nice when he was training he taught me everything and answered all my questions. he was very good at explaining each category and expanded on different children and how to approach different aged children as well as difficult children. He was extremely helpful and I don't think I would've passed if it wasn't for him. I just ant to thank him for helping me and teaching me everything I need to know.”

“My trainer was lovely and put everyone at ease. The practical training was very safe and well though out (Covid-19 restrictions). I would highly recommend this course especially with the e-training, this part can be completed in your own time and home/setting. Well done and thank you.”

“This my fourth Tigerlily course, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The practical sessions are always engaging and fill's you with so much confidence. The e-learning is very easy to follow and a great way to practice what you have learnt in the class room. I will definitely be sending my staff to do their first aid training with Tigerlily in the future.”

“I had already done an on-line session for another company and did find it a little tedious This was much more fun and easier to remember I would recommend this way of learning.”

“Following the training session, I undertook the at home training over two weeks and made written notes for each module, which were useful when undertaking the final assessment. I would suggest that the tutors advise participants to do the same if they are undertaking the training over a period of time as these provide a useful summary of the subjects covered and also helpful notes when completing the on-line assessment.”
