“The training was very informative and practical too. I liked that we were not just told what to do in certain situations but also why we do things. And these were further enhanced by presentation or visual aids.”

“I enjoyed the e-learning, however, I found the practical course quite long and the trainer was a little uninspiring. I learned a lot from E-learning and thought it was very useful. The videos were quite devastating but very realistic.”

“E-learning was straightforward and pleasing to the eye. Practical training was good and interactive. It was a shame we had to wear facemasks all day owing to Covid rules and regulations, but this is obviously understandable in present circumstances.”

“The practical first aid day was interesting and Luke, our trainer was informative, interesting to listen too and had a great sense of humour. He was also great at answering queries and demonstrating the practical skills needed.”
