“Jean and Micheal were amazing! I was so worried I wouldn't understand or be able to do the practical but they really took the time to explain and answer any questions we had and I left with so much confidence to be able to help with first aid assistance.”

“Sue was great she was professional, kind, and patient and went through everything in simple steps so I will remember, I feel a lot more confident should I ever get in a situation where I need to perform first aid. Thank you so much”

“It was ok, the CPR went on for a long time and I didn’t enjoy going up one by one to do the practical. I think it could be made more fun so people stay focused. The trainer was very knowledgeable, but felt people lost interest. I think picking volunteers to go up should be matched so people don’t feel out of their comfort zone.”

“In Person, my trainer adjusted the powerpoint presentation to assist with my needs (ADHD), she was very understanding and took some time to explain 1-2-1 when I wasn't quite sure.”
