“The practical part of the course was engaging and helpful when providing tips and tricks, our instructor was helpful and encouraging throughout the day and ensured we were all on the same page. The online aspect was easy to follow and clear, using both videos and reading/quizzes helped to keep me engaged as I tend to lose focus sometimes.”
