“I really enjoyed this training, there was a lot of information and the questions were relevant to the readings.”

“Our trainer was excellent. I was disappointed that our training room had no windows which could be opened, therefore there was no ventilation. I had phoned before booking the course and was told that all venues would be COVID safe and there would be windows which could be opened. There were 11 students plus one trainer, so 12 people in a room for the whole day. The room got very stuffy by the end of the day. In the middle of a pandemic I would have thought having windows that open would be your top priority.”

“I thought the whole training was really good, both online and the in-person course. I had not done paediatric first aid before. Our trainer Jean-Luc was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable but not only that, he explained things really clearly and encouraged me to ask more questions if I was unsure. Also during the lunch break he helped me go over a couple of things again which was very nice of him.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my training course. I loved that it was split into the E learning and the practical course, the information was as lot easier to process. The E learning gives you the opportunity to do things at your own pace. The trainer at the practical session was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and delivered the training in a very relaxed way, and a way in which we all understood without the rigidly formality I have experienced before. I would highly recommend Tigerlily and I will be using them again myself. The course was also discounted through childcare.co.uk as part of their working partnership which saved us a fair bit of money as an added bonus too. Very professional and quality service. Thank you.”

“Very comprehensive course which has left me confident in my first aid knowledge. The online part was very intereactive and easier than attending a day for it as it could be done in your own time and at your own pace. I was able to concentrate more on it and felt better informed than I have in the past. The one day practical course was great, very COVID safe and the trainer was great. She put you at ease and kept a good pace. Would definately recomend this course.”

“to be honest this is the best first aid course iv been on in 15 years, and i have attended a few, i found the online training great answering all the question made it sink in a bit more ,and you could also do this in your own time. The trainer was also excellent she asked questions , gave very clear instructions and made it very interesting . will definitely be recommending to other childminders /nannies”
