“Training was well presented with lots of practice and opportunities to ask questions and discussion about real life example, which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. Trainer (Lucy) was very professional and she always make sure everyone understood what she she demonstrating and she also give opportunity to everyone to have ago and practice. Thank you.”

“Suzanne was fantastic from start to finish. I felt at ease to ask any questions and this helped to increase my understanding. I found doing CPR for 8 minutes particularly useful as it allowed me to experience how it would feel in reality. I really feel confident and able to perform CPR on a baby, child and adult now. I liked how we were fully involved throughout either by doing practical tasks or coming up with answers to questions like causes and treatments. It meant we were engaged all the time rather than just spoon fed information. It was a really interesting and useful course and I'm glad I did it. Thank you Suzanne!!!”

“An excellent First Aid course. Suzanne (the trainer) knew exactly what she was talking about, communicating the information in an informative and engaging manner. There were good times of discussion in groups as well as practical sessions which were carried out in a Covid-secure way. The e-Learning was also useful.”

“We had the training organised for some 13 members of our staff team at the nursery. The trainer was an exceptionally well read and helpful trainer. She was very passionate about the subject and very supportive with our staff team. The trainer was also very thorough and checked for each staff's ability and provided corrective feedback where required. The online training course is wonderful and I wish we had access to this for each staff each year as there is so much information and wealth of knowledge.”
