“I don't think the in person training was necessary as the online learning covered all the knowledge needed. Due to Covid 19 trainee did promote much of hands on activities apart of defibrillator practice we didn't do much. The power point presentation the trainee used was out of date, the videos were outdated and training was a little bit boring with not much example used to support peoples knowledge and memory. Online training was great, content and questioners to check on knowledge were brilliant.”

“Best first aid training I have been a part of. The face to face trainer that came to our school was fantastic, very engaging, I feel the way he taught the first aid really made a difference. I have come away feeling confident going forwards as he was thorough and was more than happy to answer any questions. The online training was also very good in the way it covered subjects multiple times in each module but differently so I feel that the information embedded more effectively. Thank you I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and feel like I have learnt a lot from it.”

“I found this the best first aid training for me so far. The hands on training for CPR etc. Was really good and much better to be able to complete the other online training independently when it’s convenient rather than sitting through it all at once.”
