“Excellent practical training provided by qualified and experienced staff. The presentation thoughtfully acknowledged that some topics might be upsetting for certain individuals. The presenters offered the option for anyone to step outside for a few minutes if needed, which was considerate. Online elearning was clear, albeit repetitive with videos and text covering same topics.”
