“Scott was an excellent trainer, very engaging and informative. He kept the day interesting and everyone learnt a lot. Scott made sure that we all understood everything and took the time to answer any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to use Tiger Lily training again.”

“Very helpful information. The lady who gave me the course was super nice, clear,attentive to my questions and entertaining. The man who gave me the course was very clear on his notes on the board but SPOKE TO LOW. Difficult to hear.”

“A very confidence-building and clear course in paediatric First Aid. Some tech issues - such as trying to complete the box for comments at the very end of the course and finding it kept shutting after three words, or the 'warning' pop-up text boxes being only half-visible on the screen. In spite of this I have learned masses and the interactive design made it engaging. I will often refer to their after-course booklet to help me retain all this vital information.”

“I was disappointed that we were not given PE mats to work on. I have arthritis and told the trainer but was not offered any advise. We were mixed in to pairs and I would of preferred to pair with the person that I came with from my own school because of the virus.”

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you were uncomfortable during your training. Facilities differ across locations and therefore we are not always able to accommodate individual needs. If the trainer is made aware of 'bubbles' within training courses, learners have been paired together, so I apologise if this was not the case on the day for yourself. I can see you had quite the mix of schools within your training group, so perhaps it was not clear to the trainer who was from which, we apologise about. Thank you Tigerlily
