“This was by far the most engaging and informative First Aid training I have attended, this is despite the current Covid restrictions. The general knowledge of the trainers was very good and I didn't just update my previous knowledge regarding First Aid, I gained new knowledge. For example, how to use a defibrillator and how to adjust its use depending on the circumstances of the casualty and its surroundings/environment. There is one topic that I felt it remains inconsistent across all the First Aid providers I have received training from over the years (as well as medical providers), is how to administer the Salbutamol to a casualty who may be suffering an asthma attack or requires regular treatment to manage symptoms. On this topic, I have obtained knowledge and experience from First Aid training providers, nurses and doctors at hospitals/GPs and from the care of a few Respiratory Specialists who have treated one of my children. If Asthma is a disease that affects much of the population and in order to treat an asthma attack effectively, the technique used to administer the reactive medicine can be crucial (but also for preventative inhaler medicine), then why is the technique being demonstrated by the First Aid training providers, the medical and emergency professionals be so inconsistent? This is a question to reflect on and not directed at Tigerlily, of course. Awareness is power and in many cases, it can save lives. Lastly, I would like to compliment the online aspect of the course. It reinforces the learning obtained at the practical course but it also offers an opportunity to share this knowledge with others at home, which is where I completed most of the module. Thank you to all the trainers at the Practical session, to the Chat Live team who helped me with the issues I experienced during Log in and to those responsible for the Online training too.”

“Tigerlily 1st Aid training is delivered in very down to earth and interactive manner. The content of the course was easy to understand, therefore making it easy to remember. Part 2 of the course was delivered via E- Learning, which was easy to navigate and had good visuals and interactions.”

“First Aid training is vital for everyone as it can be the decisive factor between life and death. As this is no light nor easily learned subject, the training must be done by exceptional people with amazing knowledge and communication skills. I was fortunate enough to have done my practical training with Omar, for he was engaging, fun and encouraging, as well as the great virtual sections from Blend, Nova Stellar and Tigerlily. I feel more confident to deal with emergencies situations now and will do a refresh course next year to keep sharp!”
