“So far only done the online learning, which was easy to navigate, able to go at own pace, and very clear on what was what. Can't wait to do the second part of the course.”

“Kirst led the practical element of the course and she was absolutely brilliant! All of the grpup were so impressed with her knowledge and passion for first aid. It was a great day and I really enjoyed learning from her. The online element was also good, with a good mix of videos, tasks and information to keep it stimulating and memorable.”

“The face-to-face training is excellent very interesting and very informative, the trainers were excellent and kept the team interested and informed throughout the day. The online course was very simple to negotiate and very informative, in addition to the course that tests our knowledge very well. However, I felt the timings were a bit excessive and made the course a lot longer than it needed to be waiting for the timer to go around. Our sector is very overworked and short of time to complete our mandatory course, so better timers would be very much appreciated.”

“Training was ok a bit long venue easy to get to but cold and no facilities for tea or coffee or even fresh water to drink”

“Jonathan is 11 out of 10 ! Loved his energy and professionalism. Also, it was amazing that he brought to the course his experience as a paramedic. What supposed to be just a first aid course became a lovely, enjoyable and productive afternoon ! Well done Jonathan, you are a Star !”
