“Generally, a training course on a Saturday is not welcomed! However Tigerlily delivered an excellent, engaging, relevant course via a great trainer where we actually learned useful stuff!”

“It's very easy to learn and understand. I thought the course was set out really good and explained the difference type of injuries or symptoms to look out for really well. I really enjoyed my practical training also,because it was fun and interesting to learn.”

“The Practical was so much fun. Was nervous at first but all the nerve got away as we got into it and meeting everyone that were all so supported of one another made it a whole lot easier. Improvements: the baby mannequin to be changed, as it was a bit difficult and made it so tough to do CPR. Felt like my finger was breaking plus couldn’t bring the baby head to be rested up as it was stiff and didn’t move, the whole class agreed on these changes. Maybe there could also be a mannequin that would have legs, since it makes it easier and realistic to do the Heimlich maneuver on.”

“Tigerlily offered me first-class training. The course combined online learning and in-person practical learning and assessments. Thoroughly enjoyed both elements of the training as you were able to take your time to read and learn about what will be covered on the training day. The in-person training was very informative, engaging, and fun! My trainers were Mel and Kaz, and they answered all of my questions with great knowledge, detail, and topic sensitivity. They taught the course material and then added examples and scenarios that we may come across in the childcare setting that my cohort is working in.”
