“Very good and I like the fact that it means I don't have to be in the classroom for 2 full days, only 1. My only criticism is the man delivering a majority of the course videos was distracting - his clapping was noisy and he tended to pause during his speech in the wrong places.”

“Really high quality and engaging course, both doing the face to face session and the online section. Excellent use of illustration and the structure was very logical and made it easy to see how much I had completed and to set targets for myself.”

“This is the second first aid course I've done and it's quite different to the one I completed at St Johns. My instructor Nick was amazing, I like how he explained things in real-life scenarios and offered stories of his own to help make the situation more understandable. As a nanny, I also appreciated the talk on safeguarding ourselves; while we want to care for the children to the best of our abilities, we also need to make sure we won't get into trouble.”

“I've done three tigerlilly course in the last 10 years , and the trainer on this last one was one of best ones I've had in the 10 years , she made it fun, and enjoyable . Which helped lighten the mood especially as at moment nothing is same ,due to covid.”

“Quality of training was excellent. Both trainers were extremely knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. They ensured that the practical areas of training could be practiced in a safe and hygenic manner (CPR and recovery position) However, I felt that Tigerlily had overbooked the amount of candidates to the size of room and therefore social distancing was difficult and the training did not feel Covid secure.”

“The e-learning element of the paediatric first aid course is great because it is broken down into well explained and bite sized units, which can be completed at the learner’s leisure.. On our practical day of learning, the trainer, Jaimi, could not have been better. He was entertaining whilst also being empathetic, and was able to deliver the course with more clarity than I think I’ve experienced on any previous first aid training. He was able to explain all areas of the course in a simple, but very comprehensive way. But, perhaps more importantly, he was also able to successfully enhance our understanding of how, when treating many conditions, we need to be mindful of the secondary symptoms which may occur which themselves require a different regime of treatment. Because he gave clear but concise explanations of why and how the body reacts in the way it does to injury and illness I think it made the subject matter much more memorable. Generally, the practical course was a very enjoyable and confidence building day.”
