“Very informative and I found the videos very helpful. Sometimes it's better to watch something then read all the information,I personally find that the information stays there when you can visually see it then constant reading.”

“The course was very in depth and easy to use. My only complaint is that some of the final assessment answers are definitely not covered in the course. If there is a question in the final assessment it’s answer should be throughout the course. It is unfair to expect people just to assume the correct answer. It would also be nice to see the result to each question at the end. This is an important topic and therefore it is essential to know if you have misunderstood a part of it.”

“The training was well explained and gave me time to read and answer the questions. The only critisism I have is that on one of the videos, (NHS one) the music is so loud I struggled to hear what the person was saying, so if the music is needed in the background then this needs to be softer so you can hear the talker.”
