“Our trainer was great. Made everyone feel comfortable and corrected misconceptions without causing anyone embarrassment. The online course work is interesting too but you'll need enough time to complete it at work not in your private time.”

“Kirsty was very friendly and made the course more fun. She was able to answer questions, was professional and used hers and our personal experiences.
