“I have just completed the paediatric first aid course. Practical and engaging. Well structured. Nick I. and Jean-Luc I. were amazing. Super competent, fun and they used the perfect balance between information, practicality and challenging us with critical thinking. I loved it. A good worthwhile day but don't expect to relax or kick back. It's full on! :)”

“I really enjoyed the paediatric first aid training course with Sian and Debbie, they were really engaging, informative and made the course fun. The e-learning was helpful aswell. Unfortunately I don't own a laptop/tablet that's currently working so I had to use my mobile phone to complete this, however it was really easy to do so. This has definitely been the best first aid course I've completed so far!”

“good indepth but all the videos had no subtitles so people like myself couldn't watch the videos as Deaf.”

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with the IT team and they have advised that if you complete the following steps - this will allow you to have subtitles on the videos. To turn on Live Caption in Chrome from your desktop, go to Chrome Settings, click on the Advanced section, then go to the Accessibility section. Many Thanks, Tigerlily
