Especially good practical training from Scott at the Doubletree Hotel in Hoole on 11/9/21; he was clear, confident, knowledgeable and handled everyone’s differing needs, styles and speeds of learning really well, was able to make it entertaining and memorable. “Our instructor, Sian was brilliant. She made the course fun and interesting. She was full of knowledge and delivered the content clearly. She also made everyone feel at ease and welcome. The E learning was clear, interesting and easy to follow. I would definitely use Tigerlily's again and would highly recommend.”
