“The trainers today at the first aid session were incredibley helpful and supportive enabling people to go at their own pace and going over things multiple times to ensure that everyone understood the training. Falak was particularly helpful allowing me to use his device when mine wouldn’t work. For the final test . The trainers made the day as comfortable and bought a sense of humour and a good atmosphere to the training .”

“Very informative and quizzes are engaging however after every page you need to wait for a timer before you can skip to the next page. I understand this is to encourage everything on the page to be read but waiting for the timer is infuriating and a waste of time.”
