“I enjoyed the on line training it was easy to follow and understand”

“This was a really great course; thorough and detailed. The time restriction was frustrating at times being a quick reader but I also understand this is a measure put in place to help others or avoid some important information being missed. I do believe some of the information could have been condensed, especially when there was an accompanying video. But all in all a great course, I just need to complete my practical side of the course in 3days.”

“Fantastic course - incredibly engaging leader Suzanne, who had such incredible delivery of the materials and practical elements - especially with COVID-19. The course was interspersed with anecdotes and humour, whilst also providing us all with some fantastic paramedic everyday life-saving tips. All of us left the course with only positive experiences and I just passed with 100% so I can safely say it stuck in my head! Best first aid training I've ever recieved.”

“Really good course. This is the third paediatric first aid course I have completed, but the first with Tigerlily and MSFL, and I have to say this have been the best. It is easy to follow, the learning is clear and concise. All information given is in easy manageable chunks, not information overload. Great for first time first aiders.”

“It was great and Suzanne was amazing :). Full of energy and so professional but fun and positive. It was great fun and easy to remember things because of her lovely approach. I loved it ! The day has passed so quickly and it was fun.”

“Our trainer Sharon was excellent. From the many first aid training sessions I’ve attended this is definitely one I can say I have found enjoyable. Even with COVID-19 measures being put in to place I still feel that the learning and training involved was just as informative.”

“This training has been the best first aid training I have done. I really enjoyed the practical side, even though it was done in Covid. The online information was clear in a language every one could understand and the pictures really help to reinforce. Being able to do this in the comfort and peace of my home was just the icing on the cake. Amazing all round, thanks to all who put this together, I know you have helped to safe peoples lives Thank you”
