“I was very impressed with the training I received and feel I learnt a lot and everything I could possibly need to know. My assessor was amazing and she helped us along the way if we needed assistance.”

“The E-learning was very informative and very helpful. I feel I learned a lot from the E learning alone. All multiple choice and you can take your time reading and answering the questions. The final assessment gives you a second try if you don’t pass first time.”

“Very well led training, everything was explained in a pass for each individual to learn and understand the important points in the course. The practical was provided making us trainees feel at ease and comfortable as some of us where a bit embarrassed at first until our instructor was very good at making it fun and not an awkward situation at all”

“I am pleased that I did training with Tigerlily. Lucy our trainer is amazing, well experienced and easy to understand. After my training I feel very knowledgeable and confident to help anyone with first aid. The venue was not the best, it was very warm and no water to drink. Thank you.”
