“Really engaging practical course given the circumstances of COVID. The trainer was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable which made the experience enjoyable but also came away with a lot of information. The e-learning section also broke each part down into manageable steps and the information wasn't overwhelming.”

“Trainer was very boring and the online training was very long winded we spoke about the same things in the training as was shown on this course. The practical training didn't need to be 6 hours as we spoke more about the trainer himself then actually doing any practical work.”

“Face to face training was COVID safe & very professional The online element has been upgraded since I did course 3 years ago. It was more interactive. Very good. Online chat / help was excellent. Will definitely return fir refresher in 3 years.”
