“I ordered the waterfall dress for my niece and she loves it, comfortable and nice lines. The company made sure another dress was delivered when the first order was lost. Then follow-up was very impressive and most professional. Very customer service oriented.”

“The dresses were great and fit very well with my baby tummy. It was a bit long but didnt mind - i brought it to the tailor. The shipping and communication because of an exchange was easy and fast. The express return was also easy to manage.”

“The dress is beautiful and really good value for money. The delivery and return process was really poor customer experience though. First the courier left the wedding dress outside in the rain, despite giving clear instructions to leave it in front of the door or my flat. Then DPD points said they can’t accept my return package as it hasn’t been paid while all other companies normally provide you free return. I had to drive to another city to be able to pay for the return and drop the package. For this reason I would purchase from a different company next time.”

So sorry that there was an issue with the DPD delivery, we will certainly contact them regarding this. In regards to our returns we offer a collection service with DHL where they collect from you at home or we do offer an option to use Inpost in the UK where they are 100's of drop off points that are usually very close by. We try to give all of this information including information on returns costs on our returns page on the website :) Sorry if this was not clear, we are transparent about our delivery and returns processes as we understand how important this is. “The maternity wedding dress I ordered was so beautiful and of such good quality. I ordered the dress online just based on the picture on their webpage (where it looked gorgeous) and it was even better in reality when I got to try it on. I ordered a bigger size (a bit too big) than usual just in case for my growing tummy and bust but the dress' material makes it easy to do any alterations to fit me closer to my wedding. Definitely worth the money and it arrived in just a few days. Money well spent.”

“The dress itself is great, albeit a little on the long side. I just wish that returns were free, when you're ordering something this expensive (plus expensive accessories) I think that having to pay £5-10 in returns postage (and for delivery) feels a little frustrating. Also - my parcel was sent in 3 boxes and this meant I was unable to drop them at a drop off point or at the post office. Trying to arrange to be in the house for a pick up can be hard when you work full time!”

So sorry that you were disappointed with the shipping and returns processes and costs. A you can imagine we have many customers wanting to try several options of dress in the comfort of their own home and we like to make sure that the packaging keeps the dresses in great condition and of a manageable size which is why three boxes will have been used to get your items ordered to you. We understand that it can difficult to return such a large order and we do offer a couple of options to do this, one is a collection from home and the other is a drop off locker service for people who are out and about at work. These services are subsidised by Tiffany Rose to try and make your returns fee as cost effective as possible for all of us. “The dresses are gorgeous! I love the variety of colours and styles. They are so comfortable and easy to purchase ahead of time with a growing belly. Prices are very reasonable, delivery is super quick. Communication with store staff is also prompt and professional. I highly recommend this store :-) The only tricky part about my purchase was attempting an international return of goods for dresses that I tried on but didn't choose to purchase. The import tax and return forms were really overwhelming and I don't know that I will ever receive any of the $600 approx that I paid in import duty fees. This isn't something that Tiffany Rose Maternity can control but it is worth being aware of if you are an international customer wishing to purchase items over $1000 with the intention of trying on multiple dresses and returning the ones you don't wish to keep.”
