“Quick delivery. The tie I ordered was better than expected. A self tie bow-tie a for a special event -pink elephants on a Navy Blue back, one of the easiest I have tied, it looked splendid. Great tie, great service. Thank you.”

“I wanted a brightly coloured bow tie and saw not disappointed. There was a great selection of ties , I selected the items I wanted and the confirmation came through straight away with delivery within a couple of days . Great service will definitely buy again - Thanks Guys”

“Service and delivery was efficient. However I was disappointed in the quality of a cheap looking piece of plastic used as the "keeper" where the elastic braces cross over. Did not bother to return the item but will not go to this vendor again probably.”

Hi Lesley Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your considered review and are pleased that you found our service and the delivery process efficient. The manufacturer of the braces is a high-end UK based company who use a flexible plastic for the keeper as it is felt this is much comfier when worn, than metal. Should you require more braces in the future and would like them with a metal adjuster, then they can be made with a lead time, so do please let us know if this may be an option to you. With regards the customs charge of €9, unfortunately this is beyond our control. Hi Paul Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. We are very sorry to hear this was the case. It is incredibly rare we make such an error and had we known we would have ensure a handkerchief was sent straight away. If you still have the packaging, it may be worth checking that the handkerchief has not got caught up inside the packet. Due to the way we double check all orders sent out it would be unusual for a mistake to have been made but that is of course not to say that human error may not have occurred.
