“Ordered a tie and handkerchief set but only received the tie! No explanation why, but I only needed the tie so not an issue to me, but someone who needs both, make sure. Pretty quick delivery and well packaged.”

Hi Paul Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. We are very sorry to hear this was the case. It is incredibly rare we make such an error and had we known we would have ensure a handkerchief was sent straight away. If you still have the packaging, it may be worth checking that the handkerchief has not got caught up inside the packet. Due to the way we double check all orders sent out it would be unusual for a mistake to have been made but that is of course not to say that human error may not have occurred.
