“Late writing this but was delighted with service from Tie Planet. Quick response to my initial email. Being able to order samples was very helpful & ended up buying both a clip on tie and a bow tie for my son. Both perfect!”

“Very helpful with sending us swatches however the teal colour didn’t match my bridesmaids dresses. A real shame as this company were very good at responding to my requests and refunded the tie that didn’t match in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.”

“I ordered some pin badges - mathematical pi, A, and F - and they were all of excellent quality and beautifully presented in a small gift box. The only slight downside was the price point for each item but I don't mind that so much given the great service and quick dispatch times.”

“I found one tie the correct colour and fabric in my local small department store. They were unable to source a second one (groom and best man). They signposted me to ties planet who did the same make in loads of colours. They responded immediately to my e mail and my difficulty matching the colour to my existing tie; my tie had no ref no or colour to guide us. Andrew said he would send 2 samples out immediately which he did. One was the exact colour, matching page boy waistcoats and bridesmaid dresses. They had none in stock but due on 12/05. Andrew said he would e mail when they were in stock; he did. I ordered 2 because I was so pleased with the service and took my single tie back to the dept store. For an on line store the service was exceptional and personal. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you”

“Ordered a tie to go with my son in laws birthday gifts. I chose a very regal tie because it looked outstanding on the website. It arrived the very next day, cannot believe how efficient everything was from ordering to accepting the tie. I was over the moon, to say the least, with the tie. Such good quality, the colours were very vivid, not like some of the shop bought ties. I would recommend anyone, without hesitation, to give Tie Planet a go. I definitely will shop there again”

“Button end braces very comfortable and strong ,good product . Clip on braces feel a bit thin but still do the entended job , no problems with the clips coming undone , all in all good products . Would buy again”

“Purchased from Ties Planet for a wedding. Item went Out of Stock after a couple of the groomsmen had purchased their ties. After calling them and speaking with Chris, we had an order placed for the remaining 8 ties and a lead date. Chris kept in contact and we were very positive that the ties would arrive on time for the big day and they did! Would recommend this company. Thanks for everything!”
