Paid for expedited shipping 1 month ago and still haven’t received my items. No updated tracking info for over a week on the items and can’t get a response to help. Would not reorder from this company.

I placed my order on 12/5 and I still havent received it. I was contacted on 12/20 about a missing file for my order which is still 16 days after my initial order. Advertising 12 business days was completely false because it has almost been a month and I still havent received my order and it was supposed to be a xmas gift.

Horrible customer service. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it took over a month to get it. It did not arrive in time for Christmas. Once I got the order it was bad quality. I feel scammed and this is not a company you should do business with.

Since I have placed my order, and it was shipped, I have not received any word. My last notification said that it was being shipped to the origin country and I haven’t heard anything from them since. It is past the 12 business day Mark that I was told I would receive it by and with these being Christmas gifts I am very disappointed that I wasn’t able to give them to my loved ones. I thought this service was going to be a little faster next time I will have to order way in advance since it takes this long. It would be great if there was a better way to get in contact with someone that could tell you the arrival date or when it was sent or something a little more reliable than the Internet. Spring NL is a horrible shipping company and I get little to no information.

I have NEVER received an email response back about my 5 dog toys having NO squeakers in them as advertised. Paid over $130 for all of these and they are just pillows without squeakers for the dog toys that I ordered. I received a response on Facebook messenger that they were sorry and requested a video of the product and would make this right right away. I responded right away with a video showing no squeakers in the products. That was 5 days ago, and I have never received another response. Horrible customer service. Still hoping for a resolution but at this point, I will never order again or recommend anyone else to use this company!

I am extreamly upset by the way, my thunder buddy turned out. I ordered it from my best friend when I went abroad so she would have a funny way to keep me at her apartment, but it turned out so god-awful and demented it barely looks like me. It is not at all what was advertised to me, and when I tried to email for help or explanation received nothing back. Overall, such a poor experience will not be ordering from this company again Below are pictures of the pillow I thought I was getting vs what u ordered.

Not sure what delivery service is used but they're no good. My package was supposed to be delivered to a business and it was just left outside somewhere. Nobody was able to find it and it has gone missing. $50 wasted.

After paying $54.57 I never received my snugzy. No word from them. Nothing. And I can’t get a hold of anyone to discuss it. I ordered it on May 3rd. It’s now July15th.

I ordered an item and thought it would be like the one that i received as a gift. The one i received as a gift had 2 sides, both with a face picture on them, and a cheese pattern on both sides. The ones i just received had a face on one side and the other side is blue, not exactly the color of cheese. Can i get replacements that are all cheese pattern with faces on both sides?? These were $42 per piece...

No preview to see what product will look like. No shipping updates and link sent in purchase never changes. Said it would be delivered in 14 days, but still no delivery and no communication until I received this survey. I sure hope the product is better than the customer service. Will let you know if I receive some day.

0 Stars - TOTAL SCAM - Placed an order, my credit card was charged, my account showed no order had been placed by me, and had the correct shipping address. I made numerous attempts to contact the company to find out what the problem was and never received any communication even though I got automatic messages that said that someone would contact me back. I am still waiting to be contacted. I was left with no choice but to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. Even if an honest mistake was made, absolutely 0 customer service.

Ordered a raccoon doll as a funny Christmas gift. Item arrived and was nothing like what is pictured in the item description. Came with no ears and didn’t even look close to the advertised raccoon doll. Contacted customer service immediately and have had no reply for a week. It’s Christmas and more than likely will not hear anything until next week. So hoping they are able to resolve this and send out a correct item or refund.

I would not recommend unless you order maybe 3 months in advance! I actually thought I was scammed. Order was placed on Dec. 6 and I’m still waiting on delivery which was a Christmas present 12/27 ( they now say 13 days until delivery) so them shipping days they advertise are definitely not accurate! I did get someone to respond to my messages about my order but that doesn’t change anything! I would not recommend this site very poor service!

I received order confirmation on Dec 1st. Today is 25th December and my order has not arrived. yet I received a request to review the items I purchased a week ago. The quality is impossible to review, however the service and communication are awful. I have made several attempts to contact the company with no success. I would recommend everyone to shop elsewhere.
