“Awful customer service. The entire process was horrible. I paid an upgraded shipping cost for tracked shipping that arrived within 8 days of order. The product never arrived and the customer service team basically blamed me. Telling me I needed to return the product for a refund. HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED?”

“Delivery was longer than advertised, but that’s not surprising given current shipping situation. Once it arrived I was very impressed. The quality of materials was higher than I expected. I would definitely purchase again.”

“Placed order on 11/29/21. Still not have received an email that my order has shipped. This is a Christmas gift and I don’t believe it will be arriving on time. The site said it would ship within 5 days and yet it hasn’t. Never ordering from here again.”
