“Ordered a raccoon doll as a funny Christmas gift. Item arrived and was nothing like what is pictured in the item description. Came with no ears and didn’t even look close to the advertised raccoon doll. Contacted customer service immediately and have had no reply for a week. It’s Christmas and more than likely will not hear anything until next week. So hoping they are able to resolve this and send out a correct item or refund.”

“Very good! Very funny! My daughter loves it. Her father travels often for work for long stretches at a time. Now she has her doll to keep her company when he’s gone! Thank u!!! I do wish the wrench and the screw driver were a bit bigger so they were more obvious. Other than that we love it!”

“It took a little leas than a month to get my order however it is blurry but that’s my fault for not sending a clear picture I wish when submitting the photo it could of said no retry with different photo other than that good quality”

“I payed for faster shipping, but my order still took over a month to arrive. They refunded me 15% plus the extra shipping costs. I got the Egg Thunder Buddy. It looks okay, but not as good as the pictures. The shape of the pillow is very spherical, and the yolk/face is placed more in the center making it look less like an egg. It’s soft and feel good in quality though.”
