“Had a problem downloading my photo's onto the Website which was down to my own fault but spoke to Sirrina who was very helpful and polite and sorted out the problem for me in no time at all. So a very big thank you to Sirrina for helping me out. Would definitely recommend the Houseshop for selling or buying.”

“This website seems a lot like a scam! I signed up for a 1-month subscription as a featured advert costing £34.99 (not cheap but I expected good service as a result). Imagine my disappointment when I was not even able to respond to the one enquiry we had because the website’s “VERIFY ME” button doesn’t even work (as I subsequently found out - this has been reported many times before by other users on this website and trustpilot). No reply from thehouseshop to my request for help. It’s also worth noting the generic nature of this company’s 5 star reviews - most if not all of them are very unspecific talking about “…resolved my query”. I couldn’ find one that looked like it actually described the kind of service this company claims to provide. Very suspect.”
