I am sorry to hear about this! It looks like we made a mistake with the category of your jacket - we are so sorry about this. In regards to the shirt, it was listed as 'Condition: Good - Button Missing As Shown' with a photograph showing the missing button. We are so sorry about the shipping fee - unfortunately we have no power over how much the shipping company's charge although we would love to make it cheaper for our customers.

In regards to the shipping, you do apologise for the wait, Unfortunately, Royal Mail strikes are just out of our hands im afraid. We do offer shipping with Fedex as well :)

I can see that your item was listed as 'CONDITION: good - small mark on front.' with a photograph showing the mark being pointed out with a sticker which is our usual procedure. I am sorry that you were not happy with the condition of the item!
