I'm not happy that my order has still not left the UK and I haven't yet received any info re expected delivery

Hi Rosemarie, I am so sorry to hear that you are still waiting on this! We dispatched your order on the next working day as per our policy. It looks like there is a delay with Royal Mail as they are currently striking. We completely understand how frustrating this can be as these strikes can affect our small business greatly! Unfortunately, these delays are just out of our hands. Please continue to be patient and hopefully the order wont be too much longer :)

My order took forever to get to my house, and both items have problems with both items of clothing. I thought I bought a 1/4 zip jacket but it came full and the other item came without a button sowed on it. I will not buy from here again, shipping was way too expensive.

Hi Jeremiah, I am sorry to hear about this! It looks like we made a mistake with the category of your jacket - we are so sorry about this. In regards to the shirt, it was listed as 'Condition: Good - Button Missing As Shown' with a photograph showing the missing button. We are so sorry about the shipping fee - unfortunately we have no power over how much the shipping company's charge although we would love to make it cheaper for our customers.

I paid for 4-5 day shipping. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Also, the item I ordered came in the wrong color. I understand, what I got has been discontinued and I feel lucky to have even found it. However, I wish I received what I ordered, as it is a gift and not for myself. Very thankful to have found this but if their courier is so unreliable you'd think they would outsource!

Hi Jessica, We're so sorry that you weren't happy with your order. I have just sent you an email in regards to the colour of the item as it seems that something may have gone wrong there. In regards to the shipping, you do apologise for the wait, Unfortunately, Royal Mail strikes are just out of our hands im afraid. We do offer shipping with Fedex as well :)

I bought the three items because my granddaughter asked fir them for Xmas. Very disappointed with the condition. Yes I know they are pre owned but I consider I could buy better at a jumble sale. My granddaughter will be given them but not for Xmas, as a side gift.

I would like to write a review but my order hasn't been shipped yet and with no explanation why. It has been 10 days and I would at least expect an email as this was a birthday gift. I thought ordering a birthday gift 20 days before would give me enough time. Please resend the review request once I receive the product.

Hi Karsen, Your order was shipped on the 17th of November - the next working day as per our policy :) Please check your emails for your tracking number. We are so sorry to hear there has been a shipping delay, unfortuantely we have no control over delays from the shipping company's - although we would love to speed them up! So ordered a jacket and a sweater. I returned both but the sweater had a hole in it and it was not written in the condition. So I had to return it on my own cost, at the end I paid the same amount for the shipping as for the sweater, sorry but I will never buy there again.

Ordered a pair of Carhartt carpenter jeans and they came with a slight yellow stain on the front. However, it wasn’t noticeable enough to make me send them back for the price that was payed.

Hi Jake, I can see that your item was listed as 'CONDITION: good - small mark on front.' with a photograph showing the mark being pointed out with a sticker which is our usual procedure. I am sorry that you were not happy with the condition of the item!
