“Ordered 2 items both disappointing-
One was a fleece sized but with no additional description. I found it by searching ‘Men’s’ but a Woman’s fleece arrived and thus the wrong size.
The second, a shirt, arrived with 2 marks on it. These were marked by stickers on arrival but nothing in the description and the shirt was unusable as a gift.
Clearer labelling would have helped as I would not have ordered in the first place and would not have incurred return fees.
Wanted to support but won’t use again.”

I can see that the Carhartt t -shirt was listed correctly, the 3rd image clearly showed the item faults sticker, as well as the item condition being listed as 'Good - marks on front and sleeve as shown'

Im afraid this delay is due to the Royal Mail strikes - they have not scanned the parcel in to their system yet due to the strikes - which is why the tracking looks like that. We are so sorry for this delay. We wish there was more we can do!
