We had advised we have been experiencing ongoing delays due to the severe backlogs caused by Royal Mail strikes.
We can confirm your order was handed over to them, and is in their depots waiting to be sorted.
These strikes are affecting the entirety of the UK, and all of our customers orders. Orders are showing up, they are just taking much longer than we had expected. We are going everything we can on our end to speed this process up, however there is little we can do at this stage as the days are down to the courier.
