I sincerely apologise for this delay. I can see my colleagues have replied to all of your previous emails explaining the reason behind this is the severe backlog caused by the Royal Mail strikes in the UK.
Unfortunately there has been nothing we can do to speed this process up, we understand how frustrating this is.

We have been doing everything we can on our end to speed this process up, however at this stage the delay is entity down to the backlog caused by the strike action.
We understand this is very frustrating, these delays are affecting the whole country.
Please be assured we did hand this over to the courier, however due to this severe backlog it means our bags have been sat in a depot waiting to be sorted.
Please be assured we have seen customers orders being updated in the last few days, so it seems they are finally catching up
