Good evening Anthony. We offer free worldwide exchanges, but yes a return is chargable. We heavily subsidise collections internationally, but they still work out at £30 depending on location. If you prefer to return items with your own courier (or via post) then this is not a problem for us. Sorry to hear the shoes were not suitable for you. All the best, Stuart.

“The shoes were to be delivered and UPS stopped 3 times. I did not know, I had to sign receipt for the shoes. This was not communicated by TB or UPS. I had 3 notices, the 3rd said they will be sending the product back. A simple email stating this would have been very helpful. I would have waived the sign receipt, as I work during the day, or the door note could have said where I could pick them up. I did not receive the shoes. Was, looking forward to getting them. Keep me posted, would still like to do business with you.”

“Good evening, My name is Branden Jackson. I was pleased with the boots that I ordered from your company. However, I needed to exchange them for a size smaller. I returned them on September 15 following the proper protocol. According to the estimated delivery time, I should have received them by September 30. They are currently in transit from a shipping facility in Germany. I don't know when I should expect them.”

“The shoes are lovely but they are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever worn. I own plenty of GYW and Blake stitched shoes (barker, grenson, Cheaney) and these are the only ones to hurt this badly. The soles are so hard and thin you feel every single stone and the uncovered stitching really aggravates my forefoot. I feel a decent inner sole would solve the issue but there isn’t the room. Maybe I should have ordered half a size up? So sad as they are beautiful shoes but I just can’t wear them. I’ve tried a number of walks to give them a good chance now so can’t return. eBay it is. Sorry Thomas Bird!”

“Before purchase, I got an email that will get a gift item with my purchase, but never seen not gift except the two shoes I bought for 475 pounds. Customer service response is poor. When I want to make a purchase I got a response which item is available, but when one of the shoes I bought did not fit and I want to send it back I couldn't get a shipping label or procedure how to go about it. And I kept sending email yet no response.”
