“The shoes from Thomas Bird are gorgeous. The craftsmanship is impeccable and they look stunning. These are very high quality shoes. My usual size was just a tad bit roomy and that was fixed by some insoles that I normally have in all my shoes and also wearing thicker boot socks. The customer service is top notch. And the delivery was super-fast too. I've also purchased a pair of Oxblood Monk straps too and look forward to buying more from Thomas Bird. Very highly recommended!”

“I was a bit hesitant to order from Thomas Bird initially due to being a smaller/ lesser known brand. After doing some research and communicating with the attentive TB staff I pulled the trigger on a pair of whole cuts and and am pleased I did. These shoes are the real deal, and the support staff is top tier. There was a small matter of my order not having gone through due to an issue with their inventory system, which I would consider no fault of theirs. However, the staff was immediately responsive in communicating the issue, offered a discount on an alternative pair, and expedited shipping them out, while being all around entirely professional. Once I received my order, I reached out once again asking for care instructions and was given prompt attention again. Overall this company has thoroughly impressed me and set aside any initial doubts I had about it being a smaller brand.”

“Just arrived second pair of shoes Hampton blue suede. Stunning shoe. Runs a little big. Customer service does not get better. Sent back and exchanged for smaller size and received replacement within several days. Purchased and worn some expensive shoes in my life time. TB shoes. Are the greatest bang for the dollar. Quality of both pair exceed my expectations not to mention outstanding customer service. Emphasis added.”
