Hi Jay, I'm sorry about that. We don't offer a free worldwide returns & collection service unfortunately. That said, I can see that you purchased one of our subsidised Thomas Bird UPS returns labels which costs £25. According to the tracking, they are already on their way back to us. “The shoes were to be delivered and UPS stopped 3 times. I did not know, I had to sign receipt for the shoes. This was not communicated by TB or UPS. I had 3 notices, the 3rd said they will be sending the product back. A simple email stating this would have been very helpful. I would have waived the sign receipt, as I work during the day, or the door note could have said where I could pick them up. I did not receive the shoes. Was, looking forward to getting them. Keep me posted, would still like to do business with you.”

“Good evening, My name is Branden Jackson. I was pleased with the boots that I ordered from your company. However, I needed to exchange them for a size smaller. I returned them on September 15 following the proper protocol. According to the estimated delivery time, I should have received them by September 30. They are currently in transit from a shipping facility in Germany. I don't know when I should expect them.”
