“I ordered the Hampton Penny Loafer Chestnut in a size US 10, my true size. I’m all about details and quality and these shoes exceeded my expectations! Unfortunately, the shoes were slightly big and I had to exchange them for a size 9 US. I was hesitant at first because I thought the shoes would be too small because my normal size is Men US 10. I’m glad I did because they fit perfectly. I was also surprised of the fast shipping. The shoes arrived within 3-4 business days! Excellent customer service! I will be ordering more shoes from Thomas Bird!”
