“I've placed two orders so far, one Chelsea Oxblood, one Chelsea Manhattan and the ordering process was clear and easy-going. Customer Contacts is OK too (I had to exchange my Chelsea Manhattan boots, due to ordering the wrong size) and it all worked fine. Delivery (overseas) is fast. Recommended ! Derek”

“I recently purchased a pair of blue penny loafers from Thomas Bird and I must say, they are gorgeous. The quality and craftsmanship of the shoe are excellent, especially for a shoe at this price point. The first pair I received was a little large. I purchased these to wear without sox and didn't take it into account when I made the puchase. I reached out to customer service and Samantha promplty replied and offered me a couple options. Samantha was always prompt to reply and graciously helpful. Thank you all for lovely pair of loafers and your great customer service.”

“Very professional. The size I ordered was out of stock by the time they got to fulfill my order so they offered to give me a shoe care package for free just to get a different model on my size just to not cancel my order and I did. Got the same color and shoes fit perfect. Not the first pair I get from them and they validated my voucher from previous purchase. Hey, I got a discount, a gift and great looking shoes delivered in less than a week. I’m happy.”
