“Ok so I ordered 4 pair of boots, only one complaint. The black Memphis boots have a black sole, cool. Except after one day of wearing the paint was peeling off. I was at a party where someone noticed black rubber all around the place, ended up being the paint from my boots sole. Not sure if this is the normal wear and tear but I would have thought it would scuff but not peel off in chunks. I am expecting the suede versions in a few days and hope they don’t do the same thing.”

“Terrible service. Shoe is clearly used. Has creases on top. The sole is DIRTY. Its is clearly used. Also it runs large. I feel returning the shoe is risky because when I read their return policy I see these are the very reasons they can refuse a return for! They state if they see the shoe has been used, they will not accept the return. BUT YOU SENT ME A USED SHOW IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Will never use Thomas Bird again. What a waste of money!”

Good evening Abhishek, I'm really sorry to hear about this. It comes as a surprise as Samantha and her team always inspect every single pair for quality prior to despatch. Clearly something has gone wrong here. The soles in particular should be 100% completely unworn of course.
