“I have 5 pairs now. But the Benson whole cut doesn't crease as easy as the others I've purchased. I've had the tan while cuts since Oct 2022 & they barely have a crease at the toe. Make all your shoes like this!”

“Wow, just received today my Harness boots OMG , fit is excellent, leather and quality made exceptionally fantastic. Attractive price compared to big designer names and equally as good. “Love these boots! The presentation was top notch and the leather is incredible. Unfortunately, because the shafts are so narrow, the zipper on my right boot was completely busted while trying to zip them up (the left boot zipped up just fine). I'm a pretty lean guy (6'2'' and 215), so keep that in mind when ordering. Aside from that, I would still recommend buying. Hopefully, I can get the zipper replaced.”

“I bought a pair of shoes, but the style didn't match my expectations (Hampton penny loafer in Honey). I set up a return and bought another pair that I really like (Hampton loafer in brown suede).”

“The online ordering was smooth and intuitive with one exception; for some reason the product was sent expedited via UPS at a cost of 50 British Pounds. I remember not selecting that option and defaulting to standard shipment. Other than that things went very smoothly. I have indicated below that delivery was on time, essentially because I had not expected the product to arrive for a couple of weeks.”

“Overall very good customer service, the return process is a little bit complicated, also I feel that your email replies take more time that what I expected. I can’t give any feedback about the shoes quality because I didn’t have the opportunity to wear it yet.”
