“We had a really great experience with Thomas Bird. I ordered shoes for my husband for his birthday. The original pair ended up being too big, and we sent a message (truthfully not expecting much) asking if they could give us advice on the best size since he really liked the shoes. They really engaged with us, discussing the best sizing and helping us reach a decision, then made sure we knew how to return the pair that didn't fit and had a new pair shipped out as soon as they came in stock. 10/10 experience - will definitely be back.”

“Delivery was fast. Packaging is premium. Boots are a bit stiff on the first try (to be expected) but fit PERFECTLY! Online payment with Apple Pay has been taken care of. The best quality I have encountered for harness boots. A whole experience in style !”

Dear Dr Asad, Thank you for your kind comments regarding our customer service and how we pack and send our products which we are all proud of as we take our time to make sure our shoes and boots are all polished and checked prior to dispatch and we believe the little touches like the dust bags and personally signed card make a difference. “I’ll be honest and say I’m a shoe snob. Love a quality shoe. Have now bought two pair of shoes from Thomas Bird and they are not only beautiful to look at, they are very comfortable. Had a small issue with one belt and they VERY quickly resolved the issue. Fantastic company! Don’t hesitate to buy from here. You get what you pay for and what you get is customer service excellence and an extremely quality and luxury product!”
