“The craftsmanship was exquisite. The leather used was first rate and the finished product was truly beautiful. I returned it because the style wasn't for me. It's too pointy. Good evening Anthony. We offer free worldwide exchanges, but yes a return is chargable. We heavily subsidise collections internationally, but they still work out at £30 depending on location. If you prefer to return items with your own courier (or via post) then this is not a problem for us. Sorry to hear the shoes were not suitable for you. All the best, Stuart.

“I ordered a larger pair than I actually needed. Your people were on the ball, and got me the correct size quickly. I wish we had more companies like this In The States. Oh and the shoes are awesome too! My second pair from TB.”

“The service was excellent. I had to get a smaller size and Samantha was super helpful. Samantha even sent me a pair of inserts in case the second pair was still too big.
