“I was skeptical at first ordering these shoes, sight unseen; online…overseas! WOW!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! He received the shoes in time for Christmas. I ordered kind of late but, the delivery was fast and I had to sign for the shoes. Next, the most important part of it all is that he is EXTREMELY PICKY regarding quality and he loves nice shoes. These were a winner, he was SO EXCITED. The shoes fit to perfection and the quality is impeccable. Thank you Thomas Bird, I’ll definitely be shopping with you again! Thanks”

“The 5 star is given for the quality and beauty of the shoes and not for the delivery service, which was awful with poor and inaccurate communication from the couriers used. Took a week to arrive when I paid for delivery in 2/3 days. As for the shoes, they are stunning and comfortable from day one and if you can fix the delivery experience via UPS then I would buy again”

“Ordering and delivery of the shoes were great. The sizing is quite off. I'm a US11 and ordered a 10 and that was still too big. Communication with the help/support team is non-existent, as I've emailed twice and no one has once returned my inquiry.”

Good evening. Sorry to hear the sizing wasn't right. I can see from your product review that you were comparing with casual sneakers which unfortunately almost always fit a whole size smaller than stated. It's best to compare sizes with formal dress shoes. In any case we can exchange them for free for you. As for the email correspondence (of lack of!) “It's rare for me to leave a review. The Crew at Thomas Bird has earned this 5 star review. If I could give 20 stars I would. This was a real-world situation where the boots I received did not fit. Samantha provided the return labels and was extremely courteous. The quality of the boots and high client service have earned you a client for life. Bravo!!!!”
