“Hi, I always try if I can to order from the wool factory. I use their woodcraft Aran most of the time and never have a problem. They are always quick to answer any query. Their postage and sending parcel is spot on. Can't fault them at all. Janine Betteridge (Skegness)”

“I was very pleased to find the Jarrol heritage wool in the shade I needed. I started this product in the last lockdown and have only just got round to finishing it. I was missing one ball and the ball I purchased is a very good colour match. Pleased with the service”

“The order arrived quickly the yarn was good quality and knitted well, my first jumper that l have knitted looks great and wares well, l am now looking at patterns to use the Shetland wool l recently purchased it is taking time as l want to do this yarn justice l just have to make up my mind on what cable jumper to knit.”
